That takes shape…
The universe of tangible reveals a multitude of amazing properties, when we try out with specificity, proportions and limits of material. In view of exploring materials and shapes, I create the phenomenon, I practice the " stop in dynamics" to highlight the movement of material. So, « shapeless materials » stabilize themselves, « potential shapes » are revealed and synthetic materials recreate shapes from nature. Those experiences translate various principles of growth, like expansion, extrusion or proliferation and finish by losing us between the observation, in a magnifying glass, of a micro world and pictures of a macro world on a universal scale. Those hybrid objects, that we can’t exactly indentify, are both sculptures, design objects and suggest so many other things… to stay in the uncertainty of our interpretation. The fooding universe (contraction of « food » and « feeling ») is for them, a place of predilection, in which they can satisfy all our curiosity and feed their power of suggestion…
