The Body, a Structure to resolve

My work is composed of corollary structures. These objects are accessories adjoining the body. When they are considered in an autonomous way, they become the metonomy of an entire body. These objects want to redefine the perception of the body and form it up again in new constructions, with the ambition to aim at ideal and fantasy shapes.
At first, I consider the body without architecture, it slips out in a unstabled and expansed shape. After having explored the potential of malleability of the body, I wanted to organize this knotted structure.
Subsequently, I begin a procedure to organise and enhance this misshappen body. Progressively, the body acquires a direction, it balances itself with a vertical axis. External pressions want to formate it dangerously. The body emancipate itself from these supports thanks to more and more supple and open structures. As flowers, the body needs a stake to grow, this frame enables it to amplify itself into a superior shape to his natural state. These apparels enables the body a complete reversal of situations. Instead of immobilising the body, these objects of reparation become objects of costume. Theatrality is the way to release the body, to disguise its appareance and to construct an identity in perpetual redefinition.
Procedures to straighten up the body are necessary to gain foundation and anchorage from which the body can articulate and put itself in movement. Henceworth, the body can exteriorise itself beyond its limits in radiant and intensified shapes. At the beginning, the structure of a sclerotic and uncoordinated body, expresses and revives itself in an extended configuration in a second time. The body evolves from an inextricable structure to an outcome of unlimited curls.
